I started using Sasha's counselling services about 8mths ago . Having counselling previously that had left me not trusting this process, I was apprehensive about seeking help again.I knew from my experience that I needed a more specialist kind of service specifically for childhood trauma. Sasha is someone who proved she could be trusted , she could hold me through the processes we worked through. Although it was led by me , I liked the structure she suggested.I found the work we did together to be hugely beneficial and I have been able to move forward positively with my life . I continue to see Sasha as we work on other issues that are linked . Sasha is professional and trustworthy which is essential in this type of work.
